Shipping Policy
At Ruby & Mae London, we believe shipping should be straightforward and easy to understand. On this page you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order makes its way to you.
Delivery Area
At present, we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Order Processing
We carefully prepare and pack each order within 1 to 2 working days, Monday through Friday.
Any order placed after our daily cut off time of 17:00 will be processed on the following working day.
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, a confirmation email will be sent to you with all the relevant details.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, your order will usually arrive within 6 to 8 working days.
In most cases, the full journey from placing your order to having it in your hands takes between 7 and 10 working days.
Please keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates only and may shift slightly during busier periods or because of circumstances outside of our control.
Delivery Partner
Every order is shipped using Royal Mail or another reliable UK delivery service of equal standard.
Shipping Costs
Standard delivery is completely free on all orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend required to enjoy free shipping with us.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel is on the move, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. With this you can keep an eye on your delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your doorstep.
Delivery Issues

Incorrect Addresses
Please double check that the delivery details you enter at checkout are completely correct. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays or lost parcels caused by inaccurate information provided during the order process.
